i just had the worse experience with singnet EVER.
i used to think their operators are experienced and helpful.
but my god.
i spoke to this girl.
i told her my problem
which is basically i need to know where to find my wep key to access my own wireless network.
she was extremely unclear in her instructions.
for example
she : go to control panel.click on networks.right click on wireless network.click status.wat does it say?
me : blahblahblah
she : click on tools.
me : where? control panel?
she : oh no. explorer.
me : ah huh.
she : click on xxx and wat it says?
me : blahblahblah.
she : ok.click on start?
me : huh?
she : on ur startbar.

this went on for 30mins.
and she eventually concluded tt i do not have a wireless network!
excuse me woman
my wireless network is call "eat my shit"
and i see it in the list of available networks.

she : oh i see.then click on ur own network and click connect.
me thinks : if tt works i wldnt have spoken to u for half an hr.
me : i did tt a million times alr.all i need now is my wep key.i just need u to tell me where to find it.
she : ohhhh.i see.we dont support dlink modems.maybe you cld call them and ask them abt it.
me fumes.
she : i can give u the no.
me : ah huh.
she : write it down.
me thinks : cannot type it down ah? cb.
me : ah huh (angrily)
she : (rattles some no.)

and when i called tt no!
lo and behold!
it's a no tt's not in use.
seriously.
i was this close to killing her.
if u dont listen
dont be an operator.
